| Heaven Fest is a platform for a few things to happen. Here's just a couple of them: It’s a tool to help a grassroots movement of 24/7 prayer and worship through “The Tent”(www.thetentdenver.com and www.thetentlongmont.com) . It’s a tool to start a movement of musical worship and reading of the Word, called “Seek and Soak” (www.seekandsoak.com ). The Tent and Seek and Soak are year-round ministry tools. They are tools that support the local congregations, not subtract from them. Both “The Tent” and “Seek and Soak” are designed for people to invite some friends over to their house or lunch break at work for a time of worship, reading of the Word, and prayer. All the resources that we provide are also free. We’re not out to make a bunch of cash off of these ministries. It seems like the Kingdom of God will advance further through year-round 24/7 prayer and worship and Seek and Soak sessions than through a one-day music, worship, and arts festival. That is our goal… we are asking God to use Heaven Fest as a catalyst for revival. We want to see the kingdom-hearted churches of the Rocky Mountain Region grow and flourish because when they do, the kingdom of God is advanced! |
