clearPre-Requisites
  • We need people that have a true heart to serve the Lord.
  • Must be 16+ with a valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Must have regular access to a phone.
  • Must have regular access to a computer with an internet connection.
  • Must have access to a computer with Microsoft Word/Excel.

clearDuties
  • Must be willing to work at least 1-3 hours a week
  • You will first be assigned a geographical area where you will be responsible to promote the event. This includes churches, stores, schools, colleges and events. This will be in your city or very close.
  • You will be required to contact a minimum of 100 churches and/or youth leaders to try to get them involved with Heaven Fest at some level. (We provide the contact information)
  • You must keep a database of all of the information you collect.
  • You will be required to call the youth leaders, follow-up, arrange meetings, drop off packages, flyers and other things that the youth leader might need to promote the event effectively in their church.
  • You will keep Christian bookstores in your area stocked with plenty of flyers and posters.
  • You will act as a flyer distribution channel in your area.
  • You must be available to help pass out flyers at events.

  • This is an official Heaven Fest program, and upon successful completion, can be listed on a resume.
  • Adventure. If you like meeting and interacting with lots of new people. This is for you.
  • You will gain first hand experience on how to plan, promote, organize and pull off a massive event.
  • Upon completion, you will be given a Free ticket to Heaven Fest! All your work will be done by the time of the event, you won't have to lift a finger at the festival... just have fun!
  • We will be sending you an exclusive Heaven Fest Gold Promoters T-shirt
  • There will be optional meetings to attend. Some will be just to hang out and eat some food, and talk about the successes you are seeing. Some will be work meetings where we will be stuffing envelopes and other random stuff like that.
