HAPPY Heaven Fest Stuff! :)

FREE water re-fills this year.

Please bring your own refillable, personal-sized plastic container and visit one of the Watermill Express trucks to refill.  The Ranch will also provide water for purchase by Ovations.

Emergency Medical Services.

Stadium Medical and our own trained public health and safety professionals will staff first aid stations around the festival grounds. Sun-screen, bug-spray, band-aids are available and you can also enjoy some shade in the nice CHILL TENT before you actually need medical attention!

Security!

Security provided by Larimer County Sheriff’s Department. Heaven Fest also has professional law enforcement and volunteer security staff in red shirts marked “Safety.”

Re-entry:

You may leave and re-enter as long as your wristband is still intact on your wrist. Anyone on the grounds without a wristband will be escorted to Front Gate to purchase a ticket.

Restroom Facilities:

There are free port-o-let facilities located throughout the festival grounds. The Ranch also provides several indoor bathrooms in 2 buildings.

Guest services:

Look for the clearly-marked booths near both Front Gate entrances to deal with any questions you have while you are at the festival. Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services booths.

Heaven Fest Stores:

Official Heaven Fest merchandise is exclusively available at the HF Stores located on the grounds. Look for official programs, t-shirts, hats, sunglasses and more.

Payment options:

Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Front Gate. Cash only for most vendors and retailers. ATM machines are located around the festival. Checks, money orders and traveler’s checks will not be accepted. We suggest you bring enough cash to pay for parking, vendor merchandise and additional expenses to avoid potentially long lines or waiting for the ATM to be serviced.

Plus a bunch of bands on a lot of stages and meet 7 greets and The Compassion walk-through experience and tons of adoption information and the family of God getting together and raising huge amoiunts of money for organizations that serve the poor, the exploited, the orphan, and, you know – other stuff.

A Volunteer Spraying Down the Crowd

Did you know it takes over 3000 volunteers to make Heaven Fest happen?  That’s 500 just in the Parking Lot!  Over 200 to keep the grounds secure!  Over 150 to get folks in the gates! Hundreds of others in all sorts of other capacities.  The Body of Christ, working together! You can sign up for one four-hour shift and enjoy the rest of the festival, but keep in mind, you are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you’d like!  Here are some positions we need to fill:

Artist Services – Merch Tent Staff

Are you all about merchandising?  Love to sell?  Love the smell of fresh t-shirts in the morning?  Help our attendees get exactly what they want in the Merch Tent!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Artist Services – Merch Tent Staff position.

Front Gate – North Gate Staff or Front Gate – South Gate Staff

When Jesus was talking about a camel going through the eye of a needle, He must have been thinking about working the front gates at Heaven Fest. 40,000 people will come through our two gates and you can help us by facilitating that process. Lots of stuff to do and you never know which job you’ll be assigned, but it will be worth while! Grounds Prep – Grounds Prep Staff

Snow fence, tents, and towers, oh my!  Are you handy?  Like building things?  Are you the person who never has pieces left over when you do furniture assembly?  Then we need you on the Grounds Prep team!  Help us keep the Heaven Fest grounds in good working order during the festival!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Grounds Prep – Grounds Prep Staff position.

Materials – Materials Staff

Are you an organizer?  Do you repeat “A place for everything and everything in its place” in your sleep?  The materials team distributes all manner of supplies to every area of the festival – from pens and paper, to ice and water, to radios and tents.  You name it.  If you’re organized and service-minded, we want you!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Materials – Materials Staff position.
