Information Technology – IT Deployment

Are you the person the family calls when their (insert electronic item here) isn’t working?  Do you consider a quiet Saturday afternoon to be fruitful if you get your wireless set up just as you thought it should be?  You might be just the person we need on the IT Deployment Team!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Information Technology – IT Deployment position.

Retail – Retail Staff

Are you all about merchandising?  Think the Heaven Fest logo should be on everything from pencils to misting fans?  Love working with the public?  Love the smell of fresh t-shirts in the morning?  We’d love to have you on our Retail Team!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Retail – Retail Staff position.

Parking – Parking Staff

Maintenance – Maintenance Staff

Human Resources – HR Staff

2012 Volunteer Check-In

Are you a welcomer?  Naturally born to work with people?  Organized?  Friendly?  Help the HR Team check in, direct, and bless the socks right off of our volunteers!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  (1st shift is a 5-hour shift)  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Human Resources – HR Staff position.

Human Resources – Volunteer Distribution

Have you always wanted to be a tour guide?  Are you good at psyching people up for the task at hand?  A prayer warrior?  We need some energetic folks who can lead groups of volunteers to their modules around the festival grounds, tell them all about what they’ll be doing with uber enthusiasm, and pray over them before releasing them to their service–requires a lot of walking and a lot of talking.  Four-hour shifts available all day!  (Last shift is a 5-hour shift)  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Human Resources – Volunteer Distribution position.

Prayer – Prayer Staff

Vendors – Vendors Staff

Public Health Staff

Volunteers From Last Year's First Aid Team

Are you servant-hearted?  Are you great at band-aiding boo-boos and helping hydrate those who’ve had enough of the heat?  Then we want you on our Public Health Team!  Positions available with and without CPR Certification.  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Public Health – Public Health Staff position.  You can volunteer for a four-hour shift and then enjoy the rest of the festival, or you can sign up for as many shifts as you’d like!

Did you know it takes over 3000 volunteers to make Heaven Fest happen? That’s 500 just in the Parking Lot! Over 200 to keep the grounds secure! Over 150 to get folks in the gates! Hundreds of others in all sorts of other capacities. The Body of Christ, working together!

We want your skills! We need people who:

• Are people people
• Are organized
• Work well under pressure
• Don’t mind getting dirty
• Just wanna serve!
• Say YES to what God is doing!

Here are a few of the areas you can sign up for:

Attractions – Attractions Staff (Kidz Area)

Skate Park

Do you love bouncy castles?  Are you an experienced face painter?  Do you have a heart for the wee ones?  If you do, we’d love for you be a part of the Kidz Area Team.  Four-hour shifts available all day! You must be willing to provide and/or submit to a background check in order to serve in this area.  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Attractions – Attractions Staff (Kidz Area) position.

Catering – Catering Staff

A Volunteer Spraying Down the Crowd

You can sign up for one four-hour shift and enjoy the rest of the festival, but keep in mind, you are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you’d like!  Here are some positions we need to fill:

Artist Services – Merch Tent Staff

Front Gate – North Gate Staff or Front Gate – South Gate Staff

When Jesus was talking about a camel going through the eye of a needle, He must have been thinking about working the front gates at Heaven Fest. 40,000 people will come through our two gates and you can help us by facilitating that process. Lots of stuff to do and you never know which job you’ll be assigned, but it will be worth while! Grounds Prep – Grounds Prep Staff

Snow fence, tents, and towers, oh my!  Are you handy?  Like building things?  Are you the person who never has pieces left over when you do furniture assembly?  Then we need you on the Grounds Prep team!  Help us keep the Heaven Fest grounds in good working order during the festival!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Grounds Prep – Grounds Prep Staff position.

Materials – Materials Staff

Are you an organizer?  Do you repeat “A place for everything and everything in its place” in your sleep?  The materials team distributes all manner of supplies to every area of the festival – from pens and paper, to ice and water, to radios and tents.  You name it.  If you’re organized and service-minded, we want you!  Four-hour shifts available all day!  Sign up online at www.heavenfest.com/volunteer and select the Materials – Materials Staff position.

Security – Security Staff
