Schedule: Gates open at 10 am. Music and activities start at Noon. Main Event 8:30-10 pm. Festival ends at Midnight. See full schedule at website www.heavenfest.com/schedule
WE WILL PROVIDE:
Free water provided. Bring refillable, plastic water containers. DONATIONS appreciated (money collected to go to Home of refuge orphanages).
Emergency Services and First Aid provided By: Stadium Medical and area RNs will staff a first aid station on the East side of the grounds behind the church building (misting tent available for cool-down).
Security Provided By: Adams County Sheriff Department (they will have officers on the grounds at all times) The event also has professional, volunteer security staff with orange security vests.
Parking: $5 per vehicle (or whatever you can afford). Money collected will go to The Home of Refuge orphanages in Venezuela and Honduras.
Handicapped parking available near Front Gate. Please have proper placards in place and highly visible.
Re-entry: You may leave and re-enter as long as your wristband is still on your wrist, intact. Anyone on the grounds without a wrist band will be escorted to the Front Gate to purchase a ticket.
Food: A Variety of food vendors will be selling food and drinks on the festival grounds. Please have enough cash with you. ATM’s will be available at the Front Gate, as well.
Water Fountains and Restroom Facilities: There are restroom facilities located throughout the festival grounds. Water fountains are located inside the building. FREE water is available throughout the grounds (donations appreciated).
Guest Services: There is a clearly booth at the Front Gate to deal with any problems or concerns that may arise while you are at the festival.
FREE Water provided to all festival attendees. Donations appreciated (money collected to go to The Home of Refuge).
Payment options: Visa and MasterCard are accepted at The Front Gate. Cash-only for most vendors and retailers. ATM machines available at the Front Gate. Checks are accepted with a current driver’s license and phone number at official Heaven Fest Ticket Sales and Retail areas. We suggest you bring enough cash to pay for parking and vendor merchandise and additional expenses and to avoid potentially long lines or waiting for the ATM to be serviced.
Telephones: Please bring your cell phone. A free phone will be available for use inside the building, but be prepared to wait in line.
Smoking: In designated areas only
Wheelchairs/strollers: Not provided on site.

- Hat. Sunscreen. Lip balm.
- Low-seated folding or lawn chairs (no more than 12” off the ground)
- Only factory-sealed plastic bottles are allowed (no glass or can)
- Plastic drinking container for water (water provided FREE, donations appreciated).
- Rain gear.
- Soft-sided coolers only (12” x 12” x 12” or smaller acceptable). Please leave any larger coolers inside your vehicle. You will have access to your car anytime during the festival.
- Still cameras (personal use, no large-scale pro equipment, please)
- Sunglasses
NOTE: For any last minute items you require or may have forgotten, there will be a Heaven Fest Store where you may purchase these items.
DO NOT BRING
- No beer, alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
- No bicycles, scooters or motorized vehicles will be permitted into festival grounds (this includes, but is not limited to: golf carts, ATV’s, motor scooters and powered skateboards. ALSO NOTE: Open skateboarding is in designated areas only. Skateboarders under 18 must provide signed waiver from parent or guardian to participate in open skateboarding. DOWNLOAD IT HERE

- No folding chairs other than low-seated concert or lawn chairs (no more than 12” off the ground)
- No glass containers, no cans (stainless steel thermos, ok)
- No hard-sided coolers (soft-sided coolers 12” x 12” x 12” or smaller acceptable)
- No pets or animals on the festival grounds OR left in your car. Please check the yellow pages for kennels in the Brighton, CO area.
- No weapons, guns, knives, pocket knives.
